Announces scholarship for Ayurveda students
 
New Delhi, November 23rd, 2015: The world's largest Ayurvedic Healthcare Company Dabur India Ltd. today announced its plans to promote the age-old science of Ayurveda amongst the new generation. As a first step, the Company unveiled its entire Ayurvedic medicines range in a modern avatar with an attractive new packaging to ensure wider acceptance and appeal among the new generation. In addition to giving the Ayurvedic medicines a modern, contemporary look-and-feel, the new packing also helps in bringing about uniform visibility to consumer understanding.
 
Moving forward on its commitment towards the health & well-being of every household, Dabur also announced the expansion of its Ayurvedic medicines range with the launch of a range of new products aimed at treating lifestyle conditions like Liver problems, Kidney stones, Blood pressure & Prostrate enlargement.
 
To further popularise Ayurveda among the new generation, Dabur also announced plans to institute a scholarship for students of Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). The scholarship would be open to students at all leading Ayurveda Medical colleges in the country.

These new measures were unveiled at Ayurmedha, a seminar on Ayurveda hosted by Dabur India Ltd in Kerala. Dr. Durga Prasad said Dabur has been hosting Health Camps across the country to reach out to the people across India and promote Ayurveda and also serve the needy. "Besides offering free health check-ups to people, Dabur will also provide Ayurvedic medicines, investigation and treatment to the poor & needy, free of cost. We have also launched 'Ayurveda Samvad', India's first Ayurvedic Medical Journal to better reach out to the Doctor fraternity and propagate messages on the Ayurvedic way of life to manage health and diseases.
