Diet Recommendations (Aahar)

  • Include foods such as ginger, cumin, black pepper, tulsi in your diet
  • Eat sour fruits like cranberry, lemon, lime, grapefruit
  • Steamed sprouts, steamed vegetables are good to consume
  • Consume barley, quinoa, and millet
  • Ghee is okay in small quantities; oils such as mustard oil, soya bean oil and linseed oil are preferred

Lifestyle changes (Vihar)

  • Fasting once in a while is good
  • 30-60 minutes of exercises like yoga & pranayama everyday
  • Panchkarma therapy
  • Drinking warm water
