  • Avoid junk food and cold drinks.

Lifestyle changes (Vihar)

  • Surya Namaskar keeps the skin free from all impurities, improves blood circulation and provides the skin with a natural glow.
  • Bhujangasana, Sarvangasana are other yoga poses that help in fighting dark spots by increasing blood flow.
  • Neti kriya may also be beneficial in removing toxins from the body.
