Dabur celebrates its annual day - UTSAV every year in the month of January. This is a day where the employees and their families get together to celebrate our achievements in the past one year. Employees along with their families attend this annual fun-filled daylong event which has games and activities for everybody.
Campus DREAMS (Dabur Reach out & Engagement for awareness in Marketing & Sales)
This initiative by Dabur is the first of its kind wherein Dabur launches its new products at one of the premier B-schools in India as part of our Campus DREAMS program. This is a very rewarding relationship wherein we get to interact with some of the best minds in our country and it provides a platform for the students at these B-schools for unprecedented learning.
We organize various Brand case competitions throughout the year for students from various backgrounds. In these competitions the students are provided with a real business issues and they are expected to provide a solution within a certain time frame. The students get to work on a real life problem which helps them to implement the theory they have learnt and gives us a benefit where we get fresh inputs to real business issues.
As part of our Campus DREAMS program the senior Leadership team members from Dabur visit various B-schools throughout the year to deliver Lectures on diverse topics enhancing the learning of students. This gives the students an opportunity to get insights into the real issues and challenges faced by modern organizations.
