Graduate Business Trainee

Graduate Business Trainee

A 4-month training program for new-age roles in Sales & marketing function, the Graduate Business Trainee (GBT) program is designed to strengthen skills in specific work streams like e-commerce and strategic sales projects. Through this program, the young graduates are given on-the-job exposure through projects and role deliverables, before being assigned to a specialized role.

Graduate Engineer Trainee

Graduate Engineer Trainee

A 12-month cross unit and functional training program that is designed for Young Engineering Graduates who go through rigorous training across our various manufacturing units. GETs are hired through specific colleges across India in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics and Instrumentation engineering. We aim to provide them an opportunity to work with an exceptional set of talent and take on challenging assignments. This on-the-job training program helps them apply the acquired skills in real world situations.

My first association with Dabur dates to 2019 when I joined the company as an intern through live project. Having got the chance to work across Sales and Marketing capacities here, I am thankful for the openness and profoundly independent tasks Dabur has entrusted me with. Evolving myself in Sales under different stints across various cities, understanding their consumer behaviour. It has been an enriching experience that has given me opportunity to push myself & grow while learning & experiencing various facets of dynamically evolving FMCG space.

Campus Star

Campus Star

Campus star is our flagship internship program for candidates from premier B-Schools. We give them an opportunity to make a significant business impact and apply their skill sets during this 2-month stint with us. The interns are given a project which provides them holistic business exposure in their respective fields. We look for motivated interns who are ready to make an immediate impact and bring about innovative ideas and services. It is an opportunity to spot talent early and hence reward them with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) or a Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) for our YMDP program.

YSLP Intern

YSLP Intern

The YSLP Internship program seeks to identify and recruit interns from a selective list of MBA institutes for a period of 2 months. This is a highly rewarding relationship as interns get to work on real business issues as we get an opportunity to spot talent for future hiring as Officer Trainees (OTs) through PPI/PPOs under our Young Sales Leadership program.
